SAFE supported the start of my research group at SUTD. The project covered the security assessment of cyber-physical systems, in particular industrial control systems, including intrusion detection, legacy-compliant authentication of industrial traffic, malicious control logic and threat scenario testing in an electric power testbed. A second line of work addressed physical-layer security of wireless systems, such as distance bounding with ultra-wideband radios, physical-layer message integrity and GPS spoofing detection.
